This time, last year, I was faced with dilemma over which CAT institute to join. The choice was between Bull's Eye and EduCorp. After doing a bit of research, I joined EduCorp. A year later, I am glad I made that decision.
The amount of personal attention and the 1-on-1 mentoring in EduCorp is very good, whereas in Bull's Eye, nothing of such sort exists (At least, my friends who are there haven't got any). This mentoring not only includes doubts and problems but also keeps a check on your preparation, and analysis of your preparation and test results. This is something which I find very important as it prevents you from getting complacent and keeps you focused.
The quality of teaching is much better. The faculty namely Amit Hans, Vikas Dahiya & Sumit Khanna are well experienced and teach in a lucid and friendly manner. At Bull's Eye, most of my friends are not satisfied with the teachers and tend to shift batches in hope of getting better teachers.
EduCafe - the online forum EduCorp launched for its students not only guarantees your 1-on-1 mentoring but also has cool features like Book Club, GK Updates, CAT Lexicon, Speak to your Mentor and Discussion forums.
With no placement in sight, CAT seems the only choice. I have made the right decision in joining the right institute, let's hope I make good and get into a good B-School.
Why I am glad I chose EduCorp over Bull's Eye
